Pricing & Discounts

• Rate Expiry: Current rates are only locked and valid through January 6, 2027.
• Base Rate: Listed pricing applies strictly to groups of 16 people or fewer.
• Extra Guests: A fee of $10/night per person plus tax applies for each guest exceeding 16 guests.
• 5% Military Discount: Offered on pre-tax rental prices for active personnel; booking must match the military ID, the person must be present, and discounts cannot be stacked.

House Rules

• Parties & Events: Strictly prohibited on the property.
• Pets: No pets allowed under any circumstances due to medical and allergy risks for future guests.
• Capacity: Unregistered outside guests are forbidden without explicit owner permission.
• Cleaning: Supplemental fees will be charged if the property requires excessive cleaning after check-out.

Pool & Jacuzzi Rules

• Amenities: Features a colossal, private fenced-in swimming pool and a 7 person in- ground Jacuzzi.
• Standard Temperatures: Pool heating is set to 84°F and the Jacuzzi is set to 100°F during all year round.
• Weather Fluctuations: True water temperatures depend on wind and air conditions, which are outside of  owner's control.
• Automatic Shut-Off: Systems automatically power down if the air temperatures and wind-chill temperature dropped  below 55°F to prevent motor burnout.

• Game Room: Features a full-size billiard table, sleeping futon, 46" TV, 2 bar tables with chairs, and direct pool access.
• Master Suites: Two beautiful master bedrooms with King beds and private bathrooms (one features a walk-in shower, the other includes a Jacuzzi tub and walk-in shower).

2nd Floor Layout
