Monica from Edmond, OKRating 5 out of 5,·June 2020 We had two families join together in our stay at the Seascape Villa-6 age 17 and above, 7 age 14 and under. There was plenty of space available for us all to have some privacy when needed. The kitchen was very nice and spacious as we ate in for all meals in the week but one dinner. The home was clean and cool upon our arrival and was even ready a bit early as we made it into town earlier than expected. The pool/hot tub was nice to have on days that the tides were really strong or when we wanted a quick cool down or just to relax. The location was perfect, just a quick walk across the street to the beach. Everything was just as described and even better in person!

We did not have as warm of weather as we expected, but the use of the hot tub still allowed for plenty of outdoor time in the sun! The large kitchen table and seating areas allowed for us to enjoy meals and movies as a group, without having to split up. The balconies provide a great location for watching the sunrise. We would definitely rent this house again!

The beach was very close but far enough away that it felt very private. Be sure to bring your own beach towels an detergent to wash close as those were not included. Also within walking distance from some really fun places. Wanna wanna and Black Beard.

Robbie Benton, AR Rating 5 out of 5 May 2021 Great location by the beach access. Awesome pool and other amenities. All the beds were very comfortable. There was plenty of space for everyone in their rooms. It was nice to have 3 refrigerators for our large group.

Jill Carey, OHRating 5 out of 5,·October 2021 Amazing house and very, very clean. The property manager is very responsive. This location is close to several things to walk to. Blackbeard’s was a great dinner close by. The pool was amazing and the beach was so close. We did rent golf carts because a lot of things to do are a little farther and we had some older people in our group that had some difficulty walking. Definitely don’t rent carts online. The prices are much better in the stores and they are everywhere. The kitchen was great for gathering and so was the pool area and deck. So there was shade for those that wanted it. Beach chair rental is right at the entrance for the beach across from the house. We had no complaints about this house. The stairs are a lot for some though if purple have some trouble walking. For all the rest of us it was fine. The two bedrooms on the ground floor worked out perfect for those that needed less stairs. The kitchen is well stocked with spices and cookware and dishes. The provided garbage bags and toilet paper were definitely enough to get you started. The flexibility and communication of the property manager made me feel comfortable and well taken care of. I would definitely recommend this place.
